Ross Richey
Ross is Owner and CEO of Lawton Insurance. His passion for providing insurance solutions for clients began while working at Lawton during the summers of his college career. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2006 with a Business Management Degree.
Ross’s professional designations are important to him. He recognizes the complexities of the insurance industry and knows he must remain current and knowledgeable of the insurance product in order to best serve his clients. As an alumnus of the State Auto PaceSetter program, he has developed superior methods for providing client-oriented service. He holds the Accredited Advisor in Insurance and the Certified Work Comp Professional designations, and is currently working toward his Certified Risk Management designation.
Involvement and service to the local community has always been a part of Ross’s makeup. He was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008 by the Greater Muhlenberg Chamber of Commerce. He is currently participating and learning about that local community as a member of the 2012 Class of Leadership Bowling Green.
Stephen P. Durham, CIC
Originally from Madisonville, KY, Stephen Durham is a graduate of Murray State University and began building the Cole & Durham Insurance family nearly three decades ago. With more than 20 years of insurance experience, Stephen is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a member of the Motorists Mutual President’s Advisory Council, and he is dedicated to building lasting relationships with every one of his valued clients. In his free time, Stephen enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Starr, and their children, Miles and McKinsey. Stephen also enjoys coaching high school soccer, golfing, and hunting.
JD Lester, CIC
Originally from Madisonville, KY, JD is a 2014 graduate of Transylvania University with a degree in Economics. JD joined the agency 2015 and earned his CIC designation. He specializes in both personal and commercial lines as well as life insurance. In his spare time, JD likes to travel with his wife Katelyn and daughter Madelyn, find any reason to spend time outside, golf, and hike.
Bryan Buchanan
A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Bryan Buchanan joined the Lawton Insurance family in 2008. A Certified Benefits and Wellness Advisor, Bryan specializes in commercial and personal lines, as well as employee benefits. Building relationships and providing outstanding service to clients are what matters most to Bryan. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Natalie, their son, Asa Michael and daughter, Abby Jo.
Benji M. DeWitt
Benji DeWitt, an Owensboro native, has been a valued member of our team since 2004 after retiring from the Daviess County Clerk’s Office. With years of experience in the industry, he specializes in personal, commercial, and life insurance, helping clients find the right coverage for their needs.
A 1983 graduate of Owensboro High School, Benji went on to attend the University of Kentucky. He and his wife, Angie, are active members of Owensboro Christian Church, where they dedicate their time to the Children’s Ministry. Outside of work, Benji and Angie enjoy spending time with their two children Kegan and Lindsey and four wonderful grandchildren.
Lori Parks Byers
Lori Parks Byers is a Madisonville, KY native. She is a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College with a degree in Communication Arts/Public Relations. Lori began her career in the insurance industry in 2003 and joined our team in 2006. After 17 years as a Producer, Lori moved into the Agency Administrator role in 2023. She serves on the KWC Alumni Board of Directors, and in her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and two children, Jon-Hunter and Sophia.
Kelly Hardesty
A Hartford, KY native, Kelly Hardesty started at Westerfield in 1984 and joined Horn and France in 1986, in 2017 she brought her 30+ years of experience back to Westerfield. As a Kentucky Accredited Customer Service Rep, Kelly specializes in personal lines and puts her knowledge to work helping find each client the best possible coverage for their needs. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Danny, and their son, Levi and their Layton. She enjoys cooking for family and friends and likes to get outside regardless of the weather.
Angelia Hayden
Angelia Hayden, joined Hayden Insurance, in September of 2017. Angelia, has over fifteen years of insurance experience. Angelia, currently, resides in McLean County and close to her hometown of Livermore. She is the mom of three girls, Kennedy, Morgan, Ryleigh and one son Greyson. When not at the office she enjoys various activities that include boating, ATV riding, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Emily Foster
A Scottsville, KY native, Emily received her undergraduate degree from Sewanee – The University of the South, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Western Kentucky University. Between obtaining her degrees, Emily served overseas in the Peace Corps for two and a half years. Her journey led her to Wilmington, NC, working as the Youth Director at a YMCA and then an Outreach Coordinator for the State Food Bank. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Emily worked in Bozeman, Montana, where she fostered relationships between local pediatric dentists and reservations. Emily returned to her roots in 2013, beginning her insurance career, and joined the Lawton family in 2020. She has worked in many different roles during her insurance career which contributes to her success as a Producer. Because of these experiences, Emily has greater insight into the insurance business which enables her to take better care of her clients. In her spare time, she runs and hikes with her three beloved dogs.
Joel Huff
A graduate of Mid-Continent University, Joel Huff joined the Lawton Insurance family in 2018. A Customer Service Specialist, Joel specializes in property and casualty with his main area of focus being commercial liability and workers compensation. He is excited to have the opportunity to serve my hometown as part of the Lawton team. As a lifelong resident of Muhlenberg County, he loves his community. Joel loves to spend time with his children, training his beagles for hunting and field competitions, traveling, and working on community projects. He values his customers and counts them amongst my dearest friends. “People may come in as a stranger, but they will leave as a member of our family”.
Star Howard
Originally from Nashville, TN, Star joined Lawton in 2010 in the Accounting Department. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with degrees in Accounting and Management. Star has two sons, Austin and Brandon. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, sports and anything outdoors.
Stephanie Wade
A native of Bowling Green, KY, Stephanie Wade joined the Lawton Insurance family in 2015, specializing in property and casualty insurance. With more than 12 years of professional experience, Stephanie is dedicated to getting each client the most personalized coverage options at the best possible rate. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her son, Jax, and enjoying nature.
Michelle Allen
A native of Bowling Green, KY and a graduate of WKU, Michelle Allen joined the Lawton Insurance family in 2017. With more than 16 years of insurance experience, Michelle is experienced in Personal Lines of insurance and is happy to put her years of experience to work for you! Jan Warren
Jan Warren joined the Lawton Insurance family in 2018 and specializes in providing exceptional service to our group heath accounts. Jan has two daughters Courtney and Madeline, and in her free time enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her miniature dachshund Aimee.
Kelly Madison
Kelly Madison joined the Lawton/Cole & Durham team in 2022 specializing in commercial lines. She started her career in insurance in 2018 and has over 15 years of experience in business management and/or ownership. Kelly and her husband have two daughters who keep them busy with gymnastics, cheer and dance. She likes to do anything outdoors, hang out on the farm or the lake with family, read books, work puzzles, garden or thrift store shop in her spare time.
Judi Noffsinger
Judi Noffsinger has been working at Lawton Insurance for over 25 years. Judi has an Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Kentucky Community College system through Madisonville Community College. Judi is a Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and an accredited Customer Service Representative (CSR) from Independent Insurance Agents of America. In November 2011, Judi and her husband celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They have two children and two grandchildren.
Gina Taylor
With 31 years of insurance industry expertise, Gina Taylor has been a valued member of the Lawton team since 2022. Specializing in commercial insurance, Gina is dedicated to providing businesses with customized solutions to protect what matters most. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University, combining her background in service with her professional knowledge.
Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Gina now enjoys life with her husband Paul, and son, Spencer. In her free time, she loves traveling to new destinations, observing nature through bird watching, and relaxing with a good book. Gina’s experience and knowledge make her an exceptional resource for her clients.
Robbie Revo
Account Executive
Robbie Revo was born and raised in Greenville, KY. A 2000 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Robbie has been in the insurance industry since 2008. He began his career with Eaves Insurance before joining the Lawton Insurance family in 2013.
Robbie specializes in Commercial and Municipality Insurance, offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of businesses and local governments. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people and helping customers protect what matters most.
Outside of work, Robbie enjoys playing golf, coaching youth track and field and cross country, and spending time with his two children, Olivia and Bryce. His passion for both his community and his family is evident in everything he does. Whether on the course, coaching, or in the office, Robbie is committed to building relationships and making a positive impact.
Tiffany Grimando, CISR
Vice President-Service
Joining the Lawton team in 2021, Tiffany holds over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. As a fourth-generation insurance professional, Tiffany grew up immersed in the industry and developed a deep appreciation for its complexities and opportunities.
She began her career in 1999 on the broker/MGA side, gaining valuable insights into risk management and underwriting. In 2001, Tiffany transitioned to the agency side, where she has dedicated her career to serving clients and helping businesses thrive. She is passionate about understanding the nuances of each client’s business and takes pride in crafting tailored solutions that reflect the commitment and vision of each customer.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys reading, listening to music, engaging in crafting activities, and spending quality time with family.
Taylor Cisney

A native of Bremen, KY, Taylor Cisney joined Lawton in 2022, bringing with her seven years of industry experience. With a degree in business administration, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
Megan Cisco
Personal Lines Account Manager
With 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Megan Cisco joined Lawton in 2023, bringing her expertise in personal lines coverage. Originally from Nelson Creek, KY, she is passionate about helping clients find the right protection for their needs.
Megan is married to Clifton and enjoys a busy, fulfilling life with their four children and four grandchildren. In her free time, she loves traveling, spending time outdoors, reading, listening to music, and cherishing moments with family-especially those filled with laughter!
Fawne Metheny
Commercial Lines Account Manager
With 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, Fawne Metheny joined Lawton in 2023 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Risk Management and Insurance at Eastern Kentucky University.
Originally from Nelson Creek, KY, Fawne has been a pastor’s wife for 26 years and is passionate about her involvement in Women’s and Children’s Ministry. She and her husband share a love for family and enjoy spending time with their son, Dylan. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, gaming, attending concerts, and traveling.
Beth Gupton, CISR Elite
New Business Marketing
Beth joined the Lawton family in 2023 bringing a wealth of knowledge from her 17 years experience and CISR Elite designation. Originally hailing from Port Clinton, Ohio, she moved to Kentucky in 2022 and has since brought her expertise and client-focused approach to her role in New Business Marketing.
Beth and her husband, Steve, enjoy a life filled with shared adventures. Outside of work, Beth is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan, a cruise enthusiast, and a devoted weather aficionado. Her dedication to excellence and passion for helping others make her a valued part of the Lawton team.
Stacy Holinde
Personal Lines Account Manager
Stacy Holinde became a valued member of Lawton Insurance in July 2023, starting as an Administrative Assistant and quickly advancing to her current role as a Personal Lines Account Manager. With a strong background in management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky, Stacy brings a blend of professionalism and expertise to her position.
Stacy and her husband Sammy reside in Owensboro with their daughter, Rhiannon. Outside of work, Stacy is passionate about staying active, whether it’s playing basketball, cheering on football games, hitting the gym, or enjoying quiet moments reading and watching movies.
Dedicated to her clients and team, Stacy truly loves her work and values the relationships she has built with her coworkers and clients at Lawton Insurance.
Trent Garland
Account Executive
Trent Garland, a Murray, KY native, specializes in public entity, property, and casualty insurance. With nine years of industry experience, he joined Lawton in 2023, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a strong business acumen.
Before transitioning to insurance, Trent owned and operated Trent Garland Construction for 16 years, successfully managing all aspects of the business. His hands-on experience in business operations, risk management, and client relations provides a unique perspective in helping clients protect their assets.
Trent and his wife, Erin, stay busy with their two children, Madi and Strader, along with several horses and dogs that keep life exciting. In his spare time, Trent can be found on the basketball court or soccer field, as well as cheering on the Murray Special Olympics as a proud Rockets cheer dad.
Kenzie Vincent

Born and raised in Muhlenberg County, Kenzie Vincent has dedicated over 11 years to the insurance industry, helping individuals and families find the coverage they need. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with her customers.
Outside of work, Kenzie enjoys embracing the outdoors whether it’s morning walks with her dogs, camping under the stars, boating, or attending fly-ins with her husband, Jordan. She also loves a good book and spending time with family.

Rhonda Blakeley, a dedicated insurance professional with over 17 years of experience, joined the Lawton, Central City office in 2025. Originally from Powderly, KY, she has a passion for helping customers find the right coverage to meet their unique insurance needs and goals. Her commitment to exceptional service ensures that customers feel informed, confident, and protected.
When she’s not assisting customers, Rhonda enjoys spending quality time with friends and family including her son, Seth and her grandchildren. She loves the outdoors, whether hunting, relaxing at the beach, or simply just enjoying nature.
